New Commission Shipped off Today

Malibu Sunset I

After several weeks of drying, 'Malibu Sunset I' was ready to be shipped to my dear sister-in-law Diann.  It is my gift to her for her unending support of my son Jake's college years.  The painting is Oil on Canvas and measures 30x40 with a gallery wrap.   It is based on one of the many incredible photographs my sister Kim has taken  of Zuma Beach at sunset.

FAA is an online organization that produces and sells prints of my paintings.  For example the above work is available as a note card.  My other works are also available as prints on paper or canvas, acrylic prints as well as matted and framed prints.  If the original work is still available, potential clients are offered a link to me to purchase the painting directly.  This is all new for me so we shall see how it goes.  I'll be posting new FFA links in the future.

HAPPY ALMOST SPRING

This painting hangs in my brother Rich's house.   How fitting to post great news about Rich Gentile.

 

He writes:   "We just finished three shows for CBS Sports Network (aka CSTV) that were well received. They air next Mon 3/12 @ 8PM ET (Ohio State), Wed 3/14 @ 8PM ET (UNLV) and Wed 3/14 @ 8:30 PM ET (Missouri).  Tell everyone you know!"
